If incompetence had a luxury price tag, this place would be the gold standard. Somehow, after charging me $120 for a car wash, they managed to remove my key from my vehicle and forget to give it back. I drove away unaware, only to discover the moment I shut my car off that I couldn’t lock or restart my own car. One simple mistake turned into an overnight nightmare. I called immediately. They admitted they had my key. Since I couldn’t get there, I paid for an Uber to retrieve it. Instead of waiting a few extra minutes to fix the problem they created, they locked the doors, went home, and stopped answering the phone. The next day, the grand apology was, “Sorry, I had to leave.” That’s not customer service…that’s complete indifference. For the prices they charge, you’d expect attention to detail, competent management, and at least a shred of accountability. Instead, you get overpriced mediocrity wrapped in complimentary snacks, as if a basket of chips somehow justifies premium prices and amateur-level service. Have already been to this car wash about 10 times now. 10x$100 that’s a minimum of $1000 worth of business I gave to this car wash. In the beginning I thought I finally found the one and only car wash I can reliably go to and expect the expected. But I felt the past few times it’s be more and more unacceptable. I left the car wash today angry and disappointed. Car came out with dirt spots everywhere. The hood, front bumper, rear bumper, side skirts, everywhere!! I used my finger and swiped it off effortlessly. I told the cashier and the cashier got a guy to come and clean the spots I pointed out. I left and pulled over outside and found more untouched spots exterior and interior. Look at the pictures. If I wanted this result I can go to an express car wash for $30 and don’t have to wait an hour or 2 which I did today. Waste of money and time. It was great before, please improve the consistency because I truly thought I found the one car wash I could continuously go to.

Waited in line for an hour and half before my car's turn to pull in... cool. Came out. Car looked great... except for one long scratch on my brand new car. Reason I went with hand wash to avoid this. Yet?, it happened any way. For $85. They didn't even do anything to the inside really. It's brand new so only the front weather mats needed cleaning. That was $35. For the service they're doing. Idk if it's worth that price and your car can still get damaged by them. Owner did say bring it back but if it doesn't come out nothing they can do. I bet they didn't scratch the Asian man with the Bentley car who was before me.... be careful taking your car to them. They don't really care. Unfortunately. I thought i was doing better but I see not. Now my brand new car has a long scratch that I did not come there with. Trust me. I've only had the car 2 days. Smh ***Edit since they're responding spicy. Which shows the lack of professionalism and customer service. The vehicle in front was a Bently. Not a BMW...I remember. I'm sure of it. But that's semantics. I don't have time to bring the car back IN YOUR TIME as I work daily from 7am to 5pm. So therefore, I cannot come back immediately.

Had the best car wash experience here! Great people, friendly and professional staff, and the owner Wayne was especially helpful. My car has never been this clean—top notch service all around. Highly recommend!

Very exceptional car wash. Glad it’s semi in the neighborhood, usually have to travel far for a good handwash. Also the fact that you can see what they are doing pleases me fully. Very rare. Highly recommend.
